Full & Final Settlement (Distributor Exit Process)

After onboarding, if a distributor resigns or discontinues business with the company, a Full & Final Settlement (F&F) process is initiated to ensure a transparent and accurate closure of all financial and material obligations.

The settlement process comprehensively covers the following:

  • Security Deposit Adjustment
  • Material Claims
  • Scheme / Incentive Claims
  • Ledger Balance Settlement

Each component is verified through a structured assessment to ensure fairness and compliance with company policies.

Dispute Resolution & Escalation Workflow

In case the distributor disagrees with any claim or assessment, the system provides a defined dispute resolution workflow. This ensures that concerns are reviewed objectively and resolved in a timely manner.

If required, the system is capable of initiating appropriate legal action, strictly as per applicable laws and contractual terms.
